1 onion, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 can beer – 12 ounces
Directions

sugar, garlic and beer; pour mixture over meat. Cover with foil and
bake for 4 hours.
Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
