This summer as part of their Farm to Table Colorado Experience, students from the Culinary School of the Rockies will spend a day at High Wire Ranch to learn about our 100% grass fed buffalo and elk operation.
High Wire Ranch Buffalo and Elk Meats will be featured at the buffet at the Aspen Mountain Club Saturday, Feb. 23. There will be buffalo prime rib and osso bucco along with an elk stew. Kelly and Sue Whittlesey will be there to answer your questions about how we raise our animals and sell our meat.
We will be posting what’s happening at the High Wire Ranch along with great buffalo and elk recipies.
